Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Global Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end onboarding of international accounts. You will coordinate sales, operations, IT, and account management to design scalable logistics solutions and ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics implementation, fluent English, and strong project management skills with experience in CargoWise or similar platforms. This position is based in Chicago with global connectivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain implementation experience.
• Customer-facing experience and strong KPI/SLA understanding.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (PMO, Agile, Waterfall).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global accounts, ensuring smooth handoffs from sales to operations.
• Develop detailed implementation plans with timelines, milestones, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet go-live requirements and drive adoption.
• Establish KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Serve as primary contact for clients during implementation and manage expectations.
