AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Domestic Customer Account Manager to oversee day-to-day management and expansion of key client relationships. You will handle 24/7 customer service, tracking, routing, and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include serving as the main client contact for end-to-end logistics, quoting routes across channels, and ensuring compliance, profitability, and reporting requests. Team-oriented and self-driven candidates will thrive here.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• 3–5 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; AS400 experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented yet capable of working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for larger, more complex or high-revenue customers.
• Quote and route freight across multiple transport channels and services.
• Track and trace shipments daily.
• Troubleshoot and overcome operational challenges.
• Provide timely analysis and monitor freight cost metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive business development.
