Job summary

PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics) is seeking a Global Sales Executive to lead strategic sales across a major geographic area and deliver superior customer support to partners. The role focuses on building partnerships and providing customized logistics solutions while driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities include managing key accounts, negotiating terms, and collaborating with operations to align pricing with market needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Years of Experience: 1-3 in sales with a 3PL / Freight Forwarding organization.
• Education: Industry related degree and/or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service principles.
• Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders in logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products and solicit orders.
• Recommend products based on customers' needs and interests.
• Answer questions about prices, availability, terms, and warranties.
• Estimate or quote prices, terms, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain relationships with accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Provide customer service to assigned accounts and understand business requirements.
• Review operations to project sales and determine profitability.
• Collaborate to develop pricing and rate schedules.
• Plan and implement sales programs for product lines.
• Negotiate with customers to improve logistics efficiency and margins.
