PGL (Perimeter Global Logistics) in Charlotte, NC seeks a Global Sales Executive to lead strategic sales across major accounts, build partnerships, and deliver customized logistics solutions while ensuring superior customer support for partners and prospects.

The role focuses on expanding our client base, negotiating terms, coordinating with operations, and developing pricing strategies to maximize margins.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales with a 3PL / Freight Forwarding organization.
• Industry related degree and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
• Recommend products to customers based on needs and interests.
• Answer questions about products, prices, availability, and terms.
• Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates.
• Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain business relationships with accounts and develop new opportunities.
• Provide customer service to assigned accounts through understanding of business requirements.
• Manage key or specific customer accounts.
• Plan and implement sales programs for company product lines.
• Collaborate with operational team members to develop pricing and/or rates schedules.
• Review operational records to project sales and profitability.
• Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
• Prepare sales forecasts.
