Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in transportation and logistics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and target potential customers, including cold-calling and prospecting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, including regular follow-up and meetings.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline and keep CRM up to date.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and provide feedback to management.
