Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks driven Account Executives to join our fast-growing 3PL team in New York. You will secure new business and nurture relationships across international and domestic services.

You will present comprehensive logistics solutions, coordinate with operations, and pursue revenue growth while delivering excellent customer service. We offer commissions and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Proven business selling ability in a commission environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum two years Freight Forwarding sales experience required.
• Three to five years Freight Forwarding sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapid changes and develop new ideas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate business development opportunities.
• Develop new business across core competencies.
• Engage with clients to provide sustained revenue across services.
• Develop and execute a business plan to meet sales quota.
• Collaborate with local, regional, and international operations to meet client needs.
• Present logistics solutions across multiple services.
