You will manage customers from pickup to delivery, negotiate with carriers, and identify freight opportunities, delivering exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in third-party logistics or freight brokerage is required.
• Proven track record of generating revenue and growing a book of business.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities with shippers.
• Quote, negotiate, and book freight while maintaining profitable margins.
• Source, qualify, and negotiate with reliable carriers.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery.
• Maintain accurate information in CRM and share timely updates to customers and internal teams.
