• Experience engaging with senior executives (VPs and C‑level) across Life Sciences value chains.
• 7+ years across Life Sciences R&D, Clinical Development, Regulatory, Manufacturing or Commercialization.
• 5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances or Consulting in Life Sciences.
• Proven ability to build new programs or coverage models in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to shape strategy and influence leadership decisions at organizational level.
• Comfort presenting to both scientific/technical and business audiences.

• Identify demand signals across AWS, Industry & Specialist teams, translate into partner investment theses.
• Recruit and build executive relationships with partners across Life Sciences portfolio; co-invest in capabilities.
• Deliver end-to-end GTM packages from solution definition to lighthouse wins and field handover.
• Own lifecycle of partner solutions; monitor revenue, pipeline, and adherence to quality standards.
• Bridge AWS AI services with the partner ecosystem and ensure partner build readiness for new services.
