Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Worldwide Partner Growth Specialist to accelerate the Life Sciences partner ecosystem across the biopharma value chain, from discovery to commercialization. You will recruit, co-invest, and scale partner capabilities while landing lighthouse wins and guiding field teams.

The role leverages industry depth, partner economics, and senior leadership influence within the PG&S team to drive measurable customer outcomes.

Qualifications

7+ years across Life Sciences value chain (R&D/Drug Discovery, Clinical Development, Regulatory/Manufacturing, Commercialization).
5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Consulting in Life Sciences or related regulated industry.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and align demand signals across AWS and partners; translate into partner investment theses.
Identify and recruit partners across Life Sciences portfolio; build executive-level relationships.
Deliver end-to-end GTM packages from solution definition to anchor customer engagements and scale campaigns.
Own lifecycle of partner solutions, monitor relevance and revenue contribution, and drive data-based invest/scale/retire decisions.
Bridge AWS applied AI services with the partner ecosystem to ensure partner integration and customer adoption.
