Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Worldwide Partner Growth Specialist to accelerate the Life Sciences partner ecosystem across the biopharma value chain. This role focuses on partnering with consulting and technology firms, building demand signals, and co-investing in capability to land anchor customers.

You will recruit the right partners, scale programs, and create an agentic ecosystem that drives revenue while partnering across matrixed teams.

Qualifications

Experience in direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives (VPs and C-level).
7+ years across Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Commercialization).
5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Consulting in Life Sciences.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, building new functions or coverage models from scratch.
Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at organizational level.
Comfort presenting to both scientific/technical and business/commercial audiences.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify, validate, and align industry demand signals across AWS and partners; translate signals into partner investment theses.
Identify and recruit the right partners to across the Life Sciences portfolio; build relationships with partner P&L owners; structure co-investment in capability and offerings.
Deliver end-to-end GTM packages from solution definition to anchor customer engagements; hand over to field teams for ongoing management.
Own lifecycle of partner solutions in Life Sciences, monitor relevance, revenue, and quality; decide invest/scale/retire based on data.
