Qualifications

• Experience in direct customer engagement with senior executives (VP/C-suite).
• 7+ years across Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercialization).
• 5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, Strategic Alliances, or Consulting.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build new functions or playbooks.
• Proven能力 to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Ability to present to both scientific and business audiences.
