Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Principal WW Partner Growth Specialist for Life Sciences within the PG&S Industry team. You will drive partner recruitment, investment, and collaboration to deliver lighthouse wins and scalable solutions for biopharma, diagnostics, and research organizations.

Lead end-to-end GTM packages, manage partner portfolios, and coordinate with AWS Applied AI services to accelerate customer value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across Life Sciences value chain (R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercialization).
• 5+ years in Partner Management, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances.
• Ability to translate industry dynamics into partner and business strategies.

Responsabilités

• Identify and align demand signals across AWS Industry & Specialist teams and partners.
• Recruit partners across Life Sciences portfolio; build executive relationships with P&L owners.
• Deliver end-to-end GTM packages including reference architectures and anchor customer engagements.
• Own lifecycle of partner solutions; monitor relevance, revenue, and portfolio health.
• Interface between AWS Applied AI services and partner ecosystem; drive integration readiness.
