Job summary

Uber seeks an Associate Program Manager to lead regional learning initiatives across the US and Canada, bridging Design, Delivery, and L&D to deliver high-impact programs. You will manage complex trade-offs, drive data-informed decisions, and scale learning for vendor and internal teams.

You will build learning dashboards, measure ROI against CSAT and AHT metrics, and collaborate with global partners to ensure programs stay aligned with product and process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cross-regional learning delivery functions.
• Ability to tie learning initiatives to key business metrics like CSAT, AHT, error rates, and first contact resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all continuous learning initiatives across the United States and Canada region, collaborating with L&D Programs, Design, and Delivery teams.
• Implement Global continuous learning initiatives by partnering with other regions.
• Evaluate business impact of initiatives and work with SMEs, QA, and enablement teams to improve knowledge and performance.
• Ensure alignment between learning programs and internal tools and customer-facing products.
• Define and implement a regional learning performance strategy for outsourced vendors.
• Advise leaders on learning interventions that support vendor performance goals.
• Launch, scale, and evolve learning initiatives based on operational goals and challenges.
• Develop learning dashboards and apply ROI analysis to performance metrics.
