Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Enablement to lead a global team responsible for translating business priorities into scalable capability-building solutions. This role combines people leadership, learning strategy, performance consulting, and operational leadership to support core Talent Development programs and enterprise initiatives.

The Senior Manager will build the team’s capability, establish consistent approaches to learning design and delivery, and strengthen partnerships

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning and Development, Talent Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience, ideally leading globally distributed teams.
• Experience leading complex learning initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of learning & enablement partners, learning specialists and instructional designers to translate priorities into team goals and delivery plans.
• Define and advance an enterprise approach to learning and enablement with common standards, methodologies, tools and measures.
• Oversee enablement for enterprise transformation initiatives in partnership with HR, Change Management and functional leaders.
• Provide consultation on capability needs, adoption barriers and solution design to leaders and program owners.
• Establish scalable enablement processes, including onboarding, role readiness and transformation support.
