Job summary

Uber is seeking a Learning Experience Delivery Partner in Chicago, IL to build and implement training programs for the Auto Crash and Claims vertical. You’ll ensure learning solutions align with Uber’s operating model and support US & Canada Claims teams to improve knowledge transfer.

You’ll lead curriculum development, deliver instructor-led and virtual training, coach delivery specialists, and measure post-training performance. Strong communication and project leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of L&D experience or 1–2 years handling safety incidents/insurance claims with Uber Claims Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance L&D training curriculum.
• Support instructor-led and virtual instructor-led learning delivery in multiple environments.
• Deliver train the trainer events.
• Track and report post-training performance.
• Create improvement plans when training objectives are not met.
• Manage and track L&D team objectives.
• Be involved in or lead complex projects; coach delivery specialists.
