Job summary

Amazon's Global Transportation Services is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design and implement high-impact learning programs for corporate teams across Amazon Operations. You will partner with business leaders and technical experts to drive program excellence through data-driven decisions and scalable solutions.

The role demands expertise in adult learning theory and instructional design, with strong stakeholder collaboration and the ability to deliver quality outcomes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content.
• Experience with eLearning authoring tools: Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia.
• Experience creating engaging training materials: e-learning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, multimedia.
• Experience in a major corporate training environment with instructional design assignments.
• Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
• Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
• Design and develop engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools – such as Vyond, Articulate Storyline, Adobe.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids that support learning objectives.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
• Ensure consistency in learning design across multiple programs and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through various assessment methods.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
• Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.
