Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning & Development Program Manager to design and implement high-impact learning programs for corporate teams across Amazon Operations. You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to deliver engaging eLearning content and measurable training outcomes.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
2+ years of designing, developing, and delivering eLearning content experience.
Experience delivering training to individuals and groups.
Experience implementing full training life cycle to improve organizational training initiatives.
Have an online portfolio available.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, develop, and evaluate training solutions aligned with business objectives.
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and create learning content.
Design and develop engaging multimedia content using authoring tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and Adobe.
Create storyboards, scripts, and job aids supporting learning objectives.
Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to course development.
Ensure consistency in learning design across programs and platforms.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies.
Maintain course content and curriculum documentation.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of learning programs.
