Global Lending Services LLC in Tempe, Arizona is seeking a Training Specialist II to lead training content delivery and curriculum development, owning program outcomes and guiding staff. You will deliver new hire and ongoing training, mentor trainees, and collaborate with stakeholders to build and maintain curriculum that meets business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Familiarity with Adult Learning Theory and experiential learning principles.
• Experience delivering training on deadline with measurable impact.
• Facilitation and curriculum development using Adult Learning methodologies.
• Exemplary presentation skills and enthusiasm for business impact.
• Self-directed with ability to identify needs and drive improvements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence and manage confidential information.
• Experience delivering face-to-face coaching and feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, Canva; quick to learn new apps.
• Curriculum development experience with Articulate 360 preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strategic thinker with practical delivery.
• Commitment to company values and competencies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and develop training curriculum to meet stakeholders and Learning & Development guidelines.
• Measure and report on training effectiveness.
• Support learners in classroom and post-training.
• Coach and provide feedback to learners; escalate when needed.
• Build stakeholder partnerships for high-quality training outcomes.
• Collaborate with Senior Training Specialist on training direction.
• Conduct needs analyses and maintain curriculum per development tools.
• Manage Learning & Development projects as assigned.
• Assist Training Specialist I observations.
• Support site priorities beyond L&D within HR or office duties.
