Job summary

GLS is seeking a Training Specialist II to lead curriculum delivery and development for our Learning & Development team at the Tempe site. You will manage training content, mentor junior staff, and ensure programs meet business needs.

You will deliver new hire and ongoing training, measure effectiveness, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvements in learning outcomes. This role is on-site and requires collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience with curriculum development and training objectives.
Facilitation and curriculum development using adult learning.
Exemplary presentation skills with measurable business impact.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
Self-directed with ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience delivering face-to-face coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

Deliver and develop training curriculum to meet stakeholders and L&D guidelines.
Measure and report on training effectiveness.
Support learners during and after training.
Coach, develop, and provide feedback to learners in classroom settings.
Build strong stakeholder partnerships for effective communication.
Collaborate with Senior Training Specialist on training direction.
Conduct needs analyses and maintain training curriculum.
Manage projects within the Learning & Development portfolio.
Assist with Training Specialist I observation and feedback.
Serve as a key resource for site priorities and office needs.
