Workday is seeking a Manager of Learning Experience Design to lead a global team responsible for end-to-end learning experiences for revenue-generating teams. You will set high standards, coach your staff, and drive initiatives from scoping through delivery to align with Workday's goals.

You will oversee governance for Revenue, CX, and Partner materials, leverage modern tools, and apply AI-powered development to elevate learner engagement and on-the-job readiness.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate environment.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role leading LXD teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Learning Experience Design professionals.
• Design and development of learning assets including interactive e-learning, vILT/ILT, videos, job aids, simulations, and assessments.
• Oversee scoping, management, and delivery of complex instructional design projects from start to finish.
• Review and validate the quality of learning content against standards and governance.
• Define Workday's learning governance model for Revenue, CX, and Partner materials.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to improve enablement programs.
• Stay current with learning science and AI-powered development and coach adoption.
