Job summary

Workday in USA Chicago is seeking a Manager of Learning Experience Design to lead a global team responsible for end-to-end learning experiences for revenue-generating teams. You will set a standard for excellence in instructional design and coach the team to deliver high-quality work.

You'll oversee scoping, planning, and delivery of complex projects, define governance for Revenue, CX, and Partner learning materials, and champion innovative approaches including AI-powered development to improve

Qualifications

7+ years in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate setting.
3+ years in a leadership or management role leading design teams.
Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies (ADDIE, SAM).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team of LXD professionals delivering learning experiences.
Oversee scoping, planning, and delivery of complex instructional design projects.
Review quality and ensure governance standards across learning materials.
Define and scope Workday's learning governance for Revenue, CX, and Partner materials.
Monitor KPIs and use data to improve enablement programs.
Stay current with AI and instructional tech to elevate learner engagement.
