You will own the full lifecycle of complex instructional design projects, define governance for learning materials, and use data to improve learner engagement and business impact in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to translate frameworks into practical programs for sales, CS, and services.
• Experience measuring learning impact with KPI-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global team of Learning Experience Designers.
• Oversee design and delivery of e-learning, vILT/ILT, videos, simulations, and assessments.
• Define governance for Revenue, CX, and Partner learning materials.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements to enablement programs.
• Stay current with learning science and AI-powered development.
