Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate environment
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role leading learning designers, content creators, or curriculum managers
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM)
• Proficient with LXD tools and LMS platforms and AI tools used in enablement
• Experience measuring learning effectiveness and driving business impact

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Learning Experience Design professionals
• Oversee design and development of learning assets (e-learning, vILT/ILT, videos, simulations, assessments)
• Manage complex instructional design projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring timelines and resources
• Quality-check learning content to meet governance standards and ensure a consistent learner experience
• Define and govern Workday's learning management governance for Revenue, CX, and Partner materials
• Analyze KPIs monthly, quarterly, and annually to improve enablement programs
• Stay current with learning science and AI tools and coach the team to innovate
