Job summary

Workday is seeking a Manager of Learning Experience Design to lead a global team responsible for end-to-end design and development of learning experiences across revenue-generating teams. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate environment
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Experience with measuring learning effectiveness and business impact through data analysis
• Experience in managing complex multi-workstream projects in a fast-paced global environment

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of Learning Experience Design professionals
• Guide the design and development of a wide range of learning assets using modern authoring tools and channels
• Oversee scoping, management, and delivery of complex instructional design projects
• Review and validate the quality of learning content across cross-functional teams
• Scope and define Workday's learning management governance model for Revenue, CX, and Partner materials
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact
• Stay current with advances in learning science, instructional technology, and AI-powered development
