Workday is recruiting a Manager of Learning Experience Design to lead a global team creating learning experiences for revenue teams. You will set standards for high-quality design and coach the team to deliver consistently.

You will oversee end-to-end instructional design projects, establish governance for Revenue and Partner materials, and drive innovation with AI-powered approaches to boost learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in instructional design or learning experience design in a corporate setting.
• 3+ years in a leadership role directing learning designers or curriculum teams.
• Deep knowledge of adult learning principles (ADDIE, SAM) and applying them to revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Learning Experience Design professionals to deliver innovative learning experiences.
• Manage scope, timelines, and resources for complex instructional design projects.
• Review quality of learning content and ensure governance and consistency.
• Define governance model for Revenue, CX, and Partner learning materials.
• Monitor KPIs and drive data-informed improvements to enablement programs.
• Stay current with learning science and AI-powered development.
