Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development to lead the global learning infrastructure, governance and delivery. You will ensure compliant, high-quality learning experiences, manage Workday Learning operations, and drive content development across the enterprise.

The role partners with Legal, Risk, HRIS, and business SMEs to assign, track and report required learning, while standardizing design and production processes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, HR, Education or related field.
• 5+ years in Learning & Development, including LMS experience.
• Experience with Workday Learning and compliance learning.
• Ability to manage external content providers and learning vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global compliance and required-learning operations and governance.
• Lead Workday Learning management, configuration, and user support globally.
• Direct instructional design and content development with quality standards.
• Manage enterprise content providers and external learning partnerships.
• Establish governance, standards, and continuous-improvement actions for learning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, HR, and business partners to ensure learning alignment.
