Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions - Commercial Leader to drive global growth through enterprise bioprocessing solutions. You will develop growth strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and expand customer value with biopharmaceutical clients.

The role leads regional Business Development Managers, partners with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations, and manages executive relationships to secure complex multi-product deals, while

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
12+ years in biopharma sales, incl. 3+ years in leadership roles.
Deep understanding of bioprocessing operations, GMP, automation, and manufacturing.
Strategic planning, high-level relationship management, executive communication, and navigating global matrixed environments.
Focus on bioprocessing solutions for biologics, GMP environments, and complex enterprise sales.
Travel up to 50%, primarily within major biopharmaceutical hubs.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional Business Development Managers.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations).
Manage executive relationships to secure complex multi-product deals.
Conduct market intelligence and contribute to thought leadership.
