Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks a Senior Director to lead Integrated Solutions Execution & Offerings. You will guide architecture, proposal development, and end-to-end project execution, coordinating with Product Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance to deliver complex bioprocessing projects on time and within budget.

You will build strong external partnerships with engineering firms and system integrators while developing team capability and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life sciences, including GMP manufacturing, scale-up, commissioning, qualification, validation, and global project execution.
• 5+ years leading complex capital or engineered-system projects from pre-sale through delivery and handover.
• Strong ability to govern projects, prioritize resources, manage risk, and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development of solution designs, interfaces, automation standards, and proposal templates.
• Oversee proposal management to rapidly tailor customer solutions and responses to RFPs.
• Direct project execution to deliver safely, on time, and within budget while managing scope, risks, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate across internal functions and external partners to enable successful delivery and escalation handling.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing proposal and project management teams; establish accountability and succession plans.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies with engineering firms, system integrators, and suppliers to enhance capabilities.
• Manage post-sale funnel and portfolio priorities to ensure timely delivery and resource balance.
• Translate customer feedback and industry trends into inputs for R&D and Product Management.
