Databricks is seeking a Lead Technical Enablement Specialist to define and shape the capability engine for its global Field Engineering organization. You will influence how field engineers build expertise, demonstrate readiness, and apply capabilities in customer engagements.

You will own a portfolio of readiness experiences, drive adoption, and partner with FE leadership, product teams, and HR to turn insights into scalable programs that improve field impact and career growth.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in technical enablement, product management, learning and development, consulting, field engineering, or program leadership at a high-growth tech company.
• Ability to shape strategy, align stakeholders, design experiences, launch and improve programs over time.
• Strong strategic judgment and executive presence to influence senior leaders.
• Product mindset with user-centered problem solving and adoption focus.
• Ability to balance rigor with practicality in capability standards and signals.
• Solid data fluency to define useful metrics and act on field feedback.
• Experience partnering with product, engineering, or platform teams to build scalable tools and workflows.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and its impact on technical work, customer engagement, and capability growth.

• Define measures of participation, proficiency, and capability coverage for leaders.
