Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Lead Technical Enablement Specialist to shape the capability engine for its global Field Engineering organization. You will define how field engineers build expertise, demonstrate readiness, and apply capabilities in customer engagements.

You will own a portfolio of readiness experiences, from skills verification to practical challenges, and work with FE leaders, product teams, HR, and platform teams to ensure readiness is embedded in workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical enablement, product management, field engineering, or program leadership.
• Proven ability to shape strategy, align stakeholders, and launch scalable experiences.
• Strong strategic judgment and executive presence with a product mindset.
