You will own ramp milestones, drive velocity, and travel up to 25% to deploy new onboarding features and iterate rapidly in a fast-growing AI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM or related enablement role within a SaaS/AI environment.
• Deep knowledge of Field Engineering or solution engineering.
• Experience designing scalable onboarding programs.
• Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with leadership.
• Proven track record in AI-enabled enablement or tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale onboarding for Field Engineers globally.
• Develop AI-native onboarding experiences and scalable tooling.
• Define onboarding milestones with leadership and StratOps.
• Coordinate with Onboarding Ops and Technical Trainers for delivery.
• Serve as enablement partner to early career Solutions Engineering teams.
• Maintain onboarding OKRs and monitor leading indicators.
• Travel up to 25% for program deployment.
