Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Technical Enablement Specialist to lead onboarding for Field Engineers, from Solution Architects to Forward Deployed Engineers. You will drive AI-native enablement solutions and scalable onboarding programs, partnering with FE leadership to translate field needs into measurable milestones.

This role is an individual contributor that travels up to 25% to deploy new features globally. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in GTM roles in a hyper-growth SaaS/AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM roles (solution engineering/onsite delivery) in SaaS/AI environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Field Engineering and onboarding.
• Ability to design scalable, AI-native enablement programs.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Proven track record of shipping high-impact programs as an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine Field Engineering Onboarding and accelerate ramp for GTM teams.
• Build AI-native onboarding experiences and scale globally.
• Define measurable onboarding milestones with FE leadership and StratOps.
• Lead global planning and delivery of in-person onboarding programs with Onboarding Ops/Technical Trainers.
• Advise early career Solutions Engineering leadership and partner with Product/StratOps to keep onboarding current.
• Collaborate with Field Engineering, Product, and StratOps leaders to align onboarding to field needs.
• Own Field Engineering Onboarding OKRs and drive velocity with StratOps indicators.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding program delivery and feature deployment.
