Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM role or enablement role in a SaaS/AI environment.
• Experience in solution engineering or solution architecture.
• Ability to own high-impact, scaled programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience building AI-enabled enablement or internal tools.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management across senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine Field Engineering Onboarding and drive ramping of GTM teams.
• Build AI-native onboarding experiences that scale globally and avoid one-size-fits-all approaches.
• Define what great looks like for new Field Engineers and translate into milestones.
• Lead global planning and delivery of onboarding with Ops and Trainers.
• Serve as advisor to the early career Solutions Engineering program.
• Partner with leaders to keep onboarding current with field needs.
• Own OKRs for onboarding and collaborate on leading indicators and results.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding delivery and feature deployments.
