Qualifications

• 5+ years in a GTM role including solution engineering or related post-sales/delivery/enablement in a SaaS/AI environment.
• Deep technical skills and strong knowledge of a Field Engineering organization.
• Strong field-readiness instincts to design ramp programs that get people productive quickly.
• Proven ability to own high-impact, scaled programs as an individual contributor.
• Experience building AI-enabled enablement tools or content and integrating AI into workflows.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional communication to land complex technical concepts for diverse technical audiences.
• Bias for shipping and iterating in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Reimagine Field Engineering onboarding and act as the technical innovation engine for ramping GTM teams.
• Build, ship, and accelerate AI-native onboarding experiences that scale globally and avoid generic approaches.
• Define what great looks like for a new Field Engineer and translate field expectations into measurable milestones.
• Lead global planning and delivery of in-person onboarding, partnering with Onboarding Ops and Technical Trainers.
• Advise the early career Solutions Engineering program as a trusted enablement partner.
• Build strong partnerships with global Field Engineering, Product, and StratOps to keep onboarding current.
• Own Field Engineering Onboarding OKRs and collaborate on leading indicators and results.
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding program delivery and feature deployment.
