Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or related role.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects across regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall account strategy, relationship, and commercial performance for the global snacking account.
• Lead the 3 to 5-year Joint Business Plan with measurable outcomes.
• Align account strategies, growth plans, budgets, and objectives with regional leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver growth and value for the account.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of growth opportunities across regions.
