Job summary

Amcor Limited seeks a seasoned Global Key Account Director to lead a major snacking account, uniting teams across Amcor to deliver growth, sustainability, and value. You will own the Joint Business Plan and drive regional-to-global alignment with senior leadership.

You will partner with regional leaders, shape the portfolio strategy, and deliver profitable results while maintaining strong customer relationships with cross-functional teams across R&D, Sustainability, Operations, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading large, strategic accounts.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global account strategy and Joint Business Plan for the global snacking account.
• Partner with regional and business-unit leaders to align account strategies, budgets and objectives.
• Represent One Amcor and connect capabilities across Flexibles, Cartons and Rigids.
• Drive growth and portfolio transformations focused on innovation, sustainability, and cost optimization.
• Build strong customer partnerships and align teams across R&D, Sustainability, Supply Chain and Sales.
