Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a seasoned Global Account Director to lead a strategic global snacking account. The role focuses on building a unified strategy, aligning regional teams, and driving sustainable, profitable growth across regions.

You will own the Joint Business Plan, collaborate with R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing to deliver value and strong results for this multi-region partnership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 40% including international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging and production processes.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the global account strategy and Joint Business Plan.
• Lead the 3–5 year Joint Business Plan with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with regional and business units to align strategies, budgets and objectives.
• Build a trusted relationship across Amcor and the global snacking account.
• Deliver profitable growth and ensure consistent execution across regions.
