Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Key Account Director to lead the global snacking account, uniting teams across Amcor to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver sustainable packaging solutions. You will own strategy, Joint Business Plan, and profitability while collaborating with regional leaders and R&D, Sustainability, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, commercial leadership, or a related role.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, including occasional international travel.
• Experience managing large, complex strategic accounts or commercial projects, preferably across multiple regions.
• Experience in packaging, food, healthcare, or another complex manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of flexible packaging, manufacturing technologies, and production processes is a plus.
• Solid business and financial acumen with the ability to balance growth, customer value, and profitability.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
• Solid communication and relationship-building skills across different functions, seniority levels, cultures, and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Global Account Strategy for the global snacking account.
• Drive growth and portfolio transformation across regions, products, and business groups.
• Build and maintain strong customer partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Deliver commercial results by owning targets, monitoring performance, and guiding action plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring value, sustainability, and profitability to the account.
