The role requires 12–15+ years in senior account leadership, experience across regions, and proven negotiations with major customers. A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred, with a comprehensive compensation package and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in multinational Key Account or Commercial Leadership roles.
• Experience managing large revenue portfolios and cross-divisional alignment.
• MBA preferred with strong financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute regional growth strategy aligned with leadership.
• Lead top-to-top relationships and negotiate with major customers.
• Drive cross-division alignment (Flex/Rigid) and protect margins.
• Manage working capital and forecast accuracy across regions.
• Lead profitability initiatives and value engineering.
