Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is partnering with a Technology space leader to hire a Global Technology Advisor (IT Channel Sales Executive) in the Chicago area. You will drive new MRC growth, manage partner and client relationships, and shape long-term technology strategies for mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in IT sales, deep knowledge of UCaaS/CCaaS/IaaS and related solutions, and a proven track record in lead generation and complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• UCaaS, CCaaS, IaaS, SD-WAN, BRaaS, DRaaS and Cybersecurity knowledge required.
• 5+ years in IT sales or equivalent experience.
• Proven lead generation and opportunity closure record.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sales process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Generate new monthly recurring revenue (MRC) targets.
• Lead generation via calls, emails, LinkedIn and events.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and engineers to tailor solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and clients.
• Travel to quarterly/annual company events.
