Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish and govern Ryan's IT Asset Management practice across its global footprint, aligning with ITIL and ESM principles. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets and partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM teams to maximize value and reduce risk.

You will lead a small team, drive data quality and audit readiness, and ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows within Ivanti.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.
• Experience administering enterprise asset management platforms, including Ivanti Neurons.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a global, matrixed organization.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; advanced ITIL certifications preferred.
• Certifications such as CITAM/CSAM or equivalents strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Asset Management team across global IT and business teams.
• Provide guidance and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and support audits/financial reporting.
• Collaborate with Ivanti, IT, Finance, Procurement, and Security to optimize asset data and workflows.
