Job summary

Ryan is seeking a skilled Asset Manager to establish and govern enterprise IT Asset Management across its global footprint. You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring data accuracy, audit readiness, and cost control, working with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity and ESM teams.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in IT Asset Management, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience with Ivanti tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years in IT Asset Management, CMDB or lifecycle governance.
• Experience with ITIL practices and ITSM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Leads IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability across global IT and business units.
• Provides guidance and enablement to regional asset teams and specialists.
• Promotes accountability, data quality and continual ITIL-based improvements.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting business services.
• Partners with stakeholders to align asset data with incident, change and service requests in Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice.
