Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish and govern enterprise IT Asset Management in alignment with ITIL and ESM, owning the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets across Ryan's global footprint.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Cybersecurity to maximize value, reduce risk, and ensure data quality. Lead a team, drive audits, and support service workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or related field.
• 4–6 years in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance in a global enterprise.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; Practice Manager or CSAM certifications preferred.
• Ivanti Neurons / Ivanti Asset Management certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Asset Management team and enable global collaboration.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and partner with stakeholders.
• Strengthen audit readiness and CMDB integrity while driving cost control.
• Provide governance and day-to-day guidance over asset management operations.
