Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish, govern, and continuously improve enterprise IT Asset Management across a global footprint. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets, ensuring accurate data, audit readiness, and alignment with ITIL/ESM principles.

You will partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM teams to maximize technology value, reduce risk, and enable scalable, standardized asset processes worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business admin or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise.
• Strong ITIL knowledge, especially in Asset Mgmt, CMDB and Service Value System.
• Proven ability to analyze asset data and support decisions across IT, Finance and Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability across global IT and business teams.
• Provide guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promote accountability and data quality aligned with ITIL practices.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Act as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits or financial reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to support incident, change and service workflows in Ivanti.
• Establish and mature IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice focusing on lifecycle optimization and cost control.
• Strengthen audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
