Job summary

Ryan seeks an IT Asset Management Leader to govern enterprise assets and drive ITIL-aligned practices across global teams. You will provide guidance to regional support and asset specialists while promoting accountability and data quality.

You will ensure enterprise-wide visibility of IT assets, act as escalation point for asset issues, and align asset data with incident, change, and service workflows in Ivanti, supporting audits and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
