Job summary

Ryan seeks an IT Asset Management Leader to drive enterprise asset management as a core ITIL-driven capability. You will oversee global teams, set standards, and ensure data quality across regions while aligning with service delivery and financial reporting.

You will partner with stakeholders to support incident, change, and request workflows in Ivanti, strengthen audit readiness, and advance lifecycle governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, with emphasis on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.
• Demonstrated experience administering and operating enterprise asset management platforms, including Ivanti Neurons.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core capability and fosters collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan’s business services.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
• Establishes and matures IT Asset Management as a value-driven practice, enabling informed decision-making, lifecycle optimization, and cost control.
• Strengthens audit readiness, CMDB integrity, and compliance posture.
• Supports Ryan’s global growth by delivering scalable, standardized asset processes across regions.
