Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the global IT Asset Management program, ensuring visibility into assets and driving lifecycle governance. You will mentor the team, set standards, and collaborate with regional support groups to maintain data quality and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes partnering with stakeholders to support incident, change, and service workflows in Ivanti, with a strong focus on cost control and service value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in IT Asset Management, CMDB, or lifecycle governance within a global enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and IT Asset Management.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ITSM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Provides guidance, standards, and enablement to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Promotes a culture of accountability, data quality, and continual improvement consistent with ITIL practices.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
