Job summary

Ryan is seeking an Asset Manager to establish and govern enterprise IT Asset Management across its global footprint, aligning with ITIL and Enterprise Service Management (ESM) principles. You will own the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets and partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, Cybersecurity, and ESM teams to maximize value and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in IT, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering global collaboration.
• Ensures enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets supporting Ryan's business services.
• Acts as the escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service workflows.
