Job summary

Ryan is seeking an IT Asset Manager to lead the enterprise asset management function, ensuring governance, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration. You will drive asset lifecycle processes, enable cost control, and partner with stakeholders to support incident, change, and service workflows.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, Ivanti platform experience, and ability to operate in a global, matrixed organization. Hybrid work arrangements are available in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in IT, business or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive IT Asset Management experience in a global enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices and service value system concepts.
• Proven ability to analyze asset data and support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Asset Management team and align with ITIL practices.
• Provide guidance to regional support teams and asset specialists.
• Ensure enterprise-wide visibility into IT assets and support audits.
