Job summary

Ryan is looking for an IT Asset Manager to lead the asset management function, delivering enterprise visibility into IT assets and ensuring data supports incident, change, and service workflows. You will guide regional support teams and promote data quality within Ivanti systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration across global teams, adherence to ITIL practices, and driving continual improvement in asset governance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering and operating enterprise asset management platforms, including Ivanti Neurons.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL practices with emphasis on IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and Service Value System concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a global, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads the IT Asset Management team as a core ESM capability, fostering collaboration across global IT and business teams.
• Acts as escalation point for asset-related issues impacting service delivery, audits, or financial reporting.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure asset data supports incident, change, and service request workflows within Ivanti.
